- Killed at the Elora Rocks
James Slidders, of Toronto, met death in a tragic manner at Elora last Sunday evening. He went to Elora Saturday night to be present at the funeral of his wife's mother, Mrs. McCrea. During the evening he went down to the famous Elora rocks, and in some manner fell over, falling a distance of about 20 feet. He was missed during the evening, and a search revealed his dead body among the rocks. Deceased was born in Guelph, and lived there for years before taking up his residence in Toronto. - Media Type
